| Beschreibung | The objective of the study is to provide transmission system operators (TSOs), NRAs and Ministries in charge of energy with an in-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the implementation of the 70% target and to offer technically and economically optimal ways to satisfy this requirement in the Energy Community Contracting Parties. The study shall provide support to the TSOs and NRAs in the EnC CPs in their future activities associated with the 70 % target fulfilment, especially related to the calculation of 70 % target fulfilment, the monitoring process, identification of structural congestions in their power transmission networks and preparation of the action plans needed for possible derogation decisions. |
